The U8 – U10 PeeWee program operates under the Mini-Soccer format as set out by BCSA. The focus of Mini-Soccer is player development in a non-competitive environment:

At U8 we play 4-a-side (including goalkeeper) games. Two games are played simultaneously. Each game consists of 2 15 minute halves.

At U9 & U10 we play 7-a-side (including goalkeeper) games. The games consist of 2 25 minute halves.
All games are scheduled for Saturday mornings and each team practices once a week between games. All games are on the North Shore against other Lions Gate teams as well as teams from Mount Seymour, Lynn Valley and West Vancouver.
The season runs from mid September to early March with a break from mid December to mid January.
The age group that a player falls under is determined by his age as of December 31st. As an example, a player who will be 9 years old at December 31st must play in the U10 (i.e. Under 10) age group.
