The Board of Directors meets, with the exception of August, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Horseshoe Club (building behind Mahon Park - enter parking off of West 16th at Jones Ave). The minutes are available for all members to see and will be posted here once approved by the board the following month. Here you will also find correspondence from the President and Pee Wee & Divisional Directors including the AGM President’s Report, Coaches & Managers Summer letters and any other special notices sent to the members.
